- Homez Decorz offers return and exchange policy.
- Return/Exchange need to be filed within 48 hour of item delivery.
- Customer will be responsible for all returning delivery charges.
- Customer need to make sure to send item back in same condition as they received.
- Damaged/Incomplete item will not liable for any return or exchange. Homez Decorz could send back the item on customer’s expense.
- In case of return money will be transferred to customer’s bank account/Jazz Cash within 2-4 working days. Homez Decorz will deduct there cost of delivery.
