Damaged Item Or Incorrect Item Policy
- Homez Decorz is totally responsible in case of damaged/wrong product delivery.
- Homez Decorz will compensate customer by sending correct item or returning money.
- Homez Decorz will bear cost of delivery if customer need to send back the item.
- Homez Decorz will only be liable for any replacement if you file your claim within 24 hours and return the product within 7 days of delivery.
- These steps need to be followed in case of damaged/wrong product shipment:
- Send us a picture of your product with a short description of the issue at 0318-8585368 within 24 hours.
- Customer can also contact us through our social media pages.
- Carefully pack the item in its original packaging.
- Our courier partner will deliver the replacement & collect the damaged/wrong shipment.
