Damaged Item Or Incorrect Item Policy

  • Homez Decorz is totally responsible in case of damaged/wrong product delivery.
  • Homez Decorz will compensate customer by sending correct item or returning money.
  • Homez Decorz will bear cost of delivery if customer need to send back the item.
  • Homez Decorz will only be liable for any replacement if you file your claim within 24 hours and return the product within 7 days of delivery.
  • These steps need to be followed in case of damaged/wrong product shipment:
    1. Send us a picture of your product with a short description of the issue at 0318-8585368 within 24 hours.
    2. Customer can also contact us through our social media pages.
    3. Carefully pack the item in its original packaging.
    4. Our courier partner will deliver the replacement & collect the damaged/wrong shipment.
